Shipping Methods
Standard International Shipping
- Delivery Time: 7-14 business days
- Tracking: Provided for all orders
- Cost: €8.99 for orders under €50
- FREE for orders over €50
Express International Shipping
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
- Tracking: Provided with signature confirmation
- Cost: €15.99 for all order values
Priority International Shipping
- Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
- Tracking: Provided with signature confirmation
- Cost: €24.99 for all order values
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2 PM (GMT) will be processed the following business day. During promotional periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information. You can track your package at any time by:
- Logging into your account and viewing your order history
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email

Customs & Import Duties

Multiple Package Shipments
For larger orders, items may occasionally ship in multiple packages to ensure safe delivery. You'll receive tracking information for each package if this occurs.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a local carrier, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. We'll contact you regarding reshipment options once we receive the returned package.

All orders include basic shipping insurance that covers loss or damage during transit. For high-value orders, additional insurance coverage may be automatically applied.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. boxes? A: Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes for Standard shipping. Express and Priority shipping require a physical address for delivery.
Q: What happens if my package is lost or damaged? A: All shipments include insurance. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing my order? A: Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to update your shipping information.
Q: Will I receive updates about my shipment? A: Yes, you'll receive email notifications when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. You can also track your package using the tracking number provided.
Q: How are shipping costs calculated? A: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the shipping method selected, and the weight of your package. We offer free standard shipping on international orders over €50.
Q: What should I do if my tracking hasn't updated for several days? A: International shipments may occasionally experience tracking delays, especially when transferring between carriers or passing through customs. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, please contact our customer service team.
